Episodes: individual video episodes and text format, from the "5 Times From Zero" series, available for purchase and streaming.
Series bundles: grouped collections of episodes, where offered
Books: the text version of episodes and series, available as physical copies, digital downloads, or both, depending on the product
Membership accounts: free accounts required to access any purchased content, manage your purchase history, and stream video content
We may also link to or promote our other independent projects and websites, including japantradestatistics.com, gaikokujinkomon, and memorizeitall. Those sites operate under their own separate terms, and this document governs only 5TimesFromZero.com.
3. Accounts
To purchase or access video content, you must create a member account. You agree to:
Provide accurate information when creating your account
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others
Notify us promptly at info@japantradeadvisor.email if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts found to be shared, sold, or used to redistribute purchased content may be suspended or terminated without refund.
4. Purchases, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are displayed on the Site at the time of purchase and are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Payment is processed through our payment provider(s) integrated with the Site. We do not store your full payment card details.
Purchases of video episodes, series, or digital books grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to stream or access that content through your account. You do not own the underlying copyrighted work, and no ownership rights transfer to you.
Purchases of physical books are sales of a physical product and are governed by the shipping and delivery terms stated on the relevant product page.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) / Refunds
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law when purchasing at a distance.
However, for digital content (video streaming access and digital book downloads): by proceeding with your purchase and confirming that you wish access to begin immediately, you acknowledge and expressly consent that:
Performance (i.e., your access to the video or digital download) begins immediately upon purchase, and
You thereby lose your right of withdrawal once streaming access is granted or the digital download has begun, in accordance with applicable EU distance-selling exceptions for digital content.
We do not offer any physical books.

6. Video Access & Usage Restrictions
Video content on the Site is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only, streamed directly through your member account. You agree that you will not:
Download, copy, screen-record, reproduce, or redistribute any video content, in whole or in part
Share your account credentials with any other person to enable unauthorized access
Circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass any access controls, streaming protections, or download restrictions on the Site
Publicly display, broadcast, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make available any purchased video content to third parties
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, for any account found to be in breach of this section.
